Procedure for Science Fair

DATE OF FAIR AND TIME Friday March 7, 2014 Starts at 3:30p.m. Ends around 6:30p.m. ALL STUDENTS MUST BE CHECKED IN and SET UP by 3:15p.m.

AFTER SCHOOL All Projects MUST be checked in and in their designated location by 3:15p.m. – If you are not checked in by 3:15p.m. your project will not participate in the event YOU must check in by having you Science Fair ID number Paper with you – Printer paper with your Science Fair ID # in Large Font Locate your table number and tape your Id Number Paper to the table for the judges to locate your project

Judge’s will be arriving around 3:20p.m. therefore everyone must be all SET up and ready by 3:15p.m.

Once the Fair Starts monitor the number of judges that review your project. Do your best to answer all questions or comments about your project Be Polite and Respectful

Once 2 judges have reviewed your project you must stay at the fair until the top 5 projects are announced. If your project is not part of the top 5, you will then be able to CHECK OUT and LEAVE. Check out will take place at the back of the Gym and you MUST CHECKOUT OUT.
