International School Library Day the aim of the competition is to work with a book to encourage pupils to read in forms of entertainment create a good and lasting relationship with books, and with the school library topics are changed every year different literature quizes reading marathons students´ presentations on literary works excursions to libraries (the Diocesan Library in Nitra)

Bookmark brings schools together for primary as well as secondary school pupils in Slovakia and the Czech Republic brings different schools from both countries together as they exchange the bookmarks students create themselves they support the reading habits of pupils

More projects for everybody E-Aktovka: digitalised text books for schools and families: provides access to digitalised textbooks, study materials and compulsory literature for primary and secondary school pupils, their teachers and parents. As such, it tries to attract reading and information literacy among pupils as well as the general public since materials are accessible for everyone who registers We read with Osmijanko – join us! a project that supports reading literacy and raising the language culture of pupils in primary schools by running a national reading competition in which other important stakleholders, public figures and professional institutions also take part (museums, libraries, galleries, theatres, etc.).
