A Variety of Vegetables! A look at all the different kind of vegetables and why they are good for you!

What’s on the menu today? Where do you find vegetables on the food pyramid? What foods are in the vegetable group? Why are vegetables good for you? How many vegetables should you eat everyday? Let’s take a quick quiz! Click on these friendly vegetables to get back to the main menu
