Where Did Cows Come From ? ONE BREED OF COWS CAME FROM EUROPE. ANOTHER BREED OF COWS CAME FROM INDIA.

Cows Are Raised on Farms COWS ARE RAISED FARMS. YOU’LL FIND COWS IN THE MIDWEST. COWS LIVE ON FARMS IN THE MIDWEST THEY EAT GRASS, HAY, CORN, AND SOYBEANS.

The Weight of a Cow THE ADULT COW CAN WEIGH ANYWHERE FROM 272KG TO 454KG. WHEN THE ADULT COWS GROWS UP IT CAN WEIGH FROM ANYWHERE TO 727KG TO 1,001KG.

Why do we Raise Cows ? FIRST COWS GET FED TO PROVIDE MILK. THEN WHEN THE A COW IS OLD THE COW GETS KILLED FOR THERE MEAT AND LEATHER.

How Cows Behave  WHEN A BULL IS THREATENED IT BECOMES VERY AGGRESSIVE AND DANGEROUS.  COWS RARELY MOVE FAST UNLESS THEY GET SCARED.  BEFORE IT RAINES,COWS HUDDLE TOGETHER TO STAY WARM AND DRY. Cows huddle in the rain

Interesting Facts  In India cows are sacred and there are an estimated 300 million of them.  Meat from calves is known as veal  Cattle stomachs have four chambers which help break down what they eat. 4 chambers of a cows stomach. This is a baby calf and her brother.
