Project Limits

Consists of street, drainage, parkway and accessibility improvements –Water distribution lines and services replacement, (entire project) –Sanitary sewer lines and services replacement, (Honolulu, Trinidad and at Windrock) –Underground storm sewer system (11'x7' Concrete Box Culvert) –Increase capacity to Eastwood Dam (PSB) Scope of Work

–Concrete paved roadways with standard curb and gutter –Concrete sidewalks and driveways –ADA compliant ramps and 8' sidewalks, plus 4' parkway with trees –New landscaping and irrigation along parkway (4’), modifications to existing landscaping and irrigation at medians Scope of Work

Project Schedule –Target start construction December 2012/January 2013 –Scheduled completion January 2015 –Anticipated Impacts –Construction Time 24 months –Access to properties will be maintained –Various detours will be in place throughout the construction –Temporary driveway and sidewalk closures
