Vitamins and minerals are substances that are found in foods that we eat. Our body need them to work properly and they are essential for the body to be able to use the other nutrients efficiently. Only very small amounts of them are enough for you.

What are the types of Vitamins? There are two types of vitamins fat solueble and water soluble.

What are Fat Soluble Vitamins? They wait around in your body fat until your body needs them. Vitamin A Vitamin D Vitamin E Vitamin K

Vitamin A( Retinol) Vitamin A helps you see in colurs. And it’s great for night vision. Symptoms of deficiency - Poor night vision.

Vitamin D Vitamin D is needed for strong bones and teeth. It is needed absorption of calcium. Symptoms of deficiency Rickets - bones are soft and may bend.
