Time Management Tool

So how does that fit with coaching? Role may have time constraints Time management identified as an issue by coach or coachee. Ask them to complete the time management tool, acknowledging this will take additional time. Introduce at an appropriate time – rapport/trust built Important coach isn’t critical

Possible questions What obstacles do you have to overcome regarding time management? What could you do to change things? To what extent can you influence how your time is managed? How do you prioritise your work load? Does the coach identify that there is a problem? Did they experience any light bulb moments?
