 On in six jobs in OK is directly or indirectly supported by Oil & Natural Gas industry  OK has add nearly 12,000 jobs since 2009  Average salary is more than $113,00  $1 of every $3 dollars in gross state product generated by O & G ($52 billion)  OK is 4 th in the nation in natural gas production  5 th in crude oil production

 O & G producers paid nearly $1 billion in gross production taxes in 2011  More than 82,000 energy industry jobs in OK  344,503 jobs are indirectly supported  Average age is 54
