 Why do Glofish fluoresce? ① ② ③  And/or  ④

① Jellyfish and Sea anemones naturally fluoresce. ② Scientist extracted the DNA from jellyfish and sea anemones that caused them to fluoresce. ③ The DNA from the jellyfish and sea anemone was then injected into a zebrafish embryo. ④ The zebrafish grow into adults and fluoresce. Each of the adults then pass down their fluorescing ability to their young. Why do Glofish fluoresce?
