For the last 8 years KMLE has been committed to the children of the Valley raising well in excess of $6,000,000 for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital, helping to support the area’s only freestanding, kids only hospital. In 2009 KMLE is excited to continue it’s commitment to this extremely important cause and this year both 94.5 KOOL FM and JamZ are teaming up with KMLE to make one of the highest–profile fundraisers in Metropolitan Phoenix even bigger. About Commitment to Kids Phoenix Children’s Hospital and KMLE Country 108 has teamed up to create a presenting sponsorship and a limited number of Commitment to Kids partnership opportunities designed to achieve what great cause marketing is all about: doing the right thing and getting credit for it. The Commitment to Kids (C2K) program is a “drive to retail” program to benefit Phoenix Children’s Hospital running throughout the year with partners being able to choose their own C2K program run dates to highlight their own individual “portion of proceeds” campaign. Program will run for 6 weeks, from July 6 th and ending August 14 th,2009. C2K partners will receive extraordinary visibility on KMLE Country 108 designed to drive both brand recognition and incremental sales as well as aligning your company alongside the Phoenix Children’s Hospital and KMLE Country 108 brands that have a proven heritage synonymous with the success of fundraising. The C2K program will also receive considerable exposure on the CBS Radio sister brands of 94.5 KOOL FM and JamZ providing C2K partners with a platform to communicate to approximately 1 million diversified and engaged listeners. C2K partners will receive a mix of KMLE commercials, KMLE promotional announcements, KMLE station appearances and Commitment to Kids tie-ins as well as exclusive marketing benefits from PCH. In addition, for the week of July 6 th as part of the launch of the C2K program every partner will be given a unique and high profile custom built experience that will receive unrivaled exposure with Tim & Willy and KMLE.

AT&T will receive:  Presenting sponsorship billing in all elements and materials, on-air, on-line and on- site of the campaign  Category exclusivity in the Commitment to Kids campaign  Unique custom built Tim & Willy experience  Tim and Willy to broadcast their show one day the week of July 6-10 from an AT&T Store. Tim and Willy will stay after the broadcast to call friends of listeners, leave funny messages and record a personalized voice mail message for AT&T customers.  Tim and Willy will chronicle their day of “working” at AT&T to help raise money for the kids at PCH on their blog at kmlenation.com. Pictures from the day and funny voic messages will be posted for one week.  Throughout the six-week promotional period, listeners will be encouraged to download a Tim and Willy song to your AT&T phone for only $1, with the money going directly to PCH. KMLE will create a download song icon hosted on the PCH page at kmlenation.com where listeners can purchase the downloads to their phone. The entire page and program will be “presented by AT&T”.

AT&T will receive:  Unique custom built Super Snake experience  Super Snake to broadcast his show one day the week of July 6-10 from an AT&T Store. Super Snake will stay after the broadcast to call friends of listeners, leave funny messages and record a personalized voice mail message for AT&T customers.  Inclusion in a minimum of three hundred (300) Commitment to Kids promotional announcements communicating your specific “portion of proceeds” campaign  Shared with up to two other Commitment to Kids Sponsors  AT&T offer included in promotional announcement  A minimum of seventy-five (75) recorded What’s Happening announcements on KMLE  Name inclusion in a minimum of one hundred and twenty-five (125) Commitment to Kids promotional announcements on 94.5 KOOL FM  Name inclusion in a minimum of one hundred and twenty-five (125) Commitment to Kids promotional announcements on JamZ

AT&T will receive: (cont’d)  One Hundred (100) :30 second commercials on KMLE Country 108  Airing over four weeks and promoting your “portions of proceeds” campaign benefiting PCH  Creative development, copywriting and radio production services included  Full rotation throughout all dayparts:  20x M-F 5:30a-10a  20x M-F 10a-3p  20x M-F 3p-8p  20x M-Su 8p-12mid  10x M-Su 12m-5a  10x S/S 6a-8p  Six hundred (600) :30 second streaming commercials on kmlenation.com, koolradio.com, 1015jamz.com, AOL Radio and Yahoo Launchcast  Audio/Video :15 or :30 pre-roll to air in rotation before all on-line streaming on KMLEnation.com  The AT&T name and logo as the presenting sponsor on the dedicated Commitment to Kids web-page along with information on your specific Commitment to Kids offer and details to upcoming appearances at your locations  Linked from dynamic lead on home pages of kmlenation.com, koolradio.com and 1015jamz.com

 Presenting sponsor billing on the “Listen Live” button on the KMLE Home Page  One (1) sixty-second live or live-to-tape check presentation with a company representative to acknowledge your participation in the Commitment to Kids program and donation to PCH during Tim & Willy in the Morning Show week of August 10 th, 2009  Presenting sponsor billing, logo and/or hyperlink inclusion in a minimum of two KMLE Country 108 e-newsletters promoting your involvement  Right to use PCH name and logo in company advertising and promotions during promotional period  Inclusion in one blast from PCH to their exclusive database promoting your involvement  Name and/or logo recognition in Hopes & Dreams, PCH’s newsletter  Distribution of 15,000 AT&T will receive: (cont’d)
