BCT 102 Residential Printreading Foundation Plans Basic Information Provided

Foundation Plan Basic Information Horizontal cut plane at 12", section cut location and direction All exterior dimensions “should be” measured from the foundation outside wall. Plan shows footing (hidden lines) and stem wall location. ( not relative to property lines) Shows interior footings, size and location: large load point, small pier pad, fireplace. Foundation vents, low point drain, crawl access Under floor beams (girders), beam pockets Floor joist/beam size, spacing and direction.
