Cervical Mucus Method or CMM is the observation of wet and dry sensations in the vulva. The feeling of wetness and the presence of mucus secretion which is wet, slippery and clear indicate a fertile period. fertile period.

CERVICAL MUCUS METHOD (CMM) To effectively practice the method, the woman must consciously observe the quality of her cervical mucus throughout the day, and also: Record the menstruation and dry days. CERVICAL MUCUS METHOD (CMM) Early Day Rule : 1.Avoid sex on days of heavy menstruation. 2.Alternate evenings are available for intercourse when these days have been recognized as infertile (BIP). 3.Avoid sex on days of discharge or bleeding which interrupts the BIP.
