Multi-Family A structure that provides housing for more than one living unit Each living unit within the dwelling has its own distinct living quarter Typically less costly Easier to maintain Triplex = building with 3 living units

Rentals/Apartments Range in number and type of facilities offered Garden Apartment – an apartment building with a garden or lawn Efficiency Apartment- One main room, small kitchen, and a bathroom Penthouse- Suites located at the top of the building
