What is the Skills Audit? A set of questions which ask you about your skills and expertise in six areas A way for you to discover where your current skill strengths lie and find out the areas you need to develop

What are the six question areas? Bibliographic and computer skills Communication Skills Personal Effectiveness Research Design and Techniques Research Environment Skills Career Management Skills

How does it work? Each question asks you to rate your level of expertise from basic through to expert Your answers will build up a picture of where your strengths and areas of development are

What happens after I complete the audit? Click on ‘Summary of your skills’ to review your answers In which areas do your strengths lie? Which areas do you need to develop? Review your answers then look for suitable courses on the training calendar that might help with your development
