Construction Top Use Cases Description Solution Processing worker timesheets Collecting time sheet data from a workforce that typically arrives on the job site each day versus coming into the office. Workers can use FFM Timesheets with GPS location stamps to capture their daily time. This information can be integrated with payroll systems reducing paperwork processing costs. Project budgeting and cost analysis Construction companies get new jobs by bidding on projects. To do this in profitable manner, they need to be able to analyze the time spent on specific projects. For generic projects, daily time per employee can be tracked with FFM Timesheets. Specific project time can be tracked with FFM Jobs. All data can be exported and analyzed. Providing proof of service for billing Customers constantly question time spent on jobs when invoiced and typically will refuse payment without some type of proof of service. FFM can capture time spent on jobs and workers can take pictures of completed work. Both can be exported from the FFM Jobs screen and emailed to customers. Ensuring Employee Safety Employee injuries and workman comp claims are a big concern and cost for construction companies. With FFM, Worksite Inspection and end of the day Injury Report Mobile Forms can be set up to help reduce and accurately track any accidents. Managing Change Orders and Estimates Scope creep is common with construction projects. However, capturing customer approval for these changes is challenging and critical to receiving payment. With FFM Mobile Forms, Estimate and Change Order form templates can be created for workers to populate and have customers sign on their mobile device with their approval.
