Fun Fact: Bananas reduce swelling, protect against type II diabetes, aid weight loss, strengthen the nervous system, and help with the production of white blood cells, all due to high levels of vitamin B-6

Fun Fact : Scientists from the American Association for Cancer Research, among others, agree that the consumption of flavonol-rich apples could help reduce your risk of developing pancreatic cancer by up to 23 per cent.

Fun Fact: A 4-ounce serving of sweet potato (about 1/2 cup) provides 390% daily value (DV) of vitamin A, 40% DV of vitamin C, 18% DV of fiber and 13% DV of potassium, plus vitamin E, iron, magnesium and phytochemicals like beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin.

You know You should really eat fruits and vegetables a lot not always but a lot fruits and vegetables gives you vitamins and nutrients any fruit you eat is healthy but there is one specific fruit everybody should be having at least twice a day. I interviewed my mom who is becoming a nutrient expert one of my questions was What is the healthiest fruit you could eat? She said " Banana“ then I asked what was the healthiest vegetable to eat? She said " Spinach“ Then I had asked What is in that fruit and vegetable that makes it so healthy? She replied " A banana has many nutrients and minerals, Spinach has Lipoid acid which helps regenerate Vitamins c and e.’’ Served raw spinach is good is a good source of vitamin c and another powerful antioxidant. Also another reason why spinach is really good for you it is rich in calcium and the potassium in spinach cooked nicely can promote heart health all form the website. Spinach has acid in it which is called Lipoid . Lipoid helps regenerate Vitamins C and E. Spinach is a really healthy vegetable to eat and as you can see so far spinach has things maybe you never knew it had. Spinach is what you should be eating Not All the time but at least 3 or 4 times a week.

The Banana is a really good fruit to eat The Banana is a really good fruit to eat. The banana has 3 sugars Glucose, Sucrose, and fructose. Also the banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. And I know a lot of people probably work out Well adults. But also Bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier as we all know yellow is a happy color. So as you can see bananas make you happy Makes you have a good workout probably without stopping and most importantly is REALLY HEALTHY So eat bananas and there is no chance you can get a disease. As You can see That fruits and veggies are really healthy to eat Like the top 2 banana and spinach remember don’t choose the unhealthy choose the healthy!
