LETTERHEAD = is the heading at the top of a letter It usually consists of a name and an address, and a logo or corporate design, and sometimes a background pattern. LETTERHEAD DATE INSIDE ADDRESS SALUTATION BODY COMPLIMENTARY CLOSING
