SSA IWO 66 Plus Sacramento’s initial run of the SSA IWO 66+ Report had 450 cases 222 resulted in an amended Income Withholding Order Cumulative monthly amount we were receiving from SSA prior to project was $16,300.52 New cumulative monthly amount we requested after amended IWO project was $125,891.79 Actual cumulative monthly amount received $57,062.37 Net increase in collections of $40,761.00 Additional stats Only 81 NCPs initiated contact as a result of increase 14 of these had their withholding reduced due to hardship Generation and working of this report was moved to a quarterly basis

Spousal Support Report Spousal Support Report Background CSS Letter 13-06 (dated December 2, 2013) Directs counties to not enforce spousal support unless a monetary current child support order is being enforced Existing CSE report (CDM-211) is not useful because it only reports out those cases that are spousal ONLY with no child support being enforced SQL DR-022 Query used as basis to create a report with other elements to identify all cases that have or had spousal support account balances

Spousal Support Report Sacramento’s Report initial run had 1,525 cases 406 of those 1,525 had spousal but no current child support being enforced How was it worked? Form letter drafted by our attorneys sent to parties on the case 60 days after letter being sent out, spousal accounts were closed Outcome: Sent approximately 700 letters in early 2014 Consistent application of policy across caseload Coordinated message delivery to customers
