NovaStar WebLynx Software Puts your ALERT Data on Web Pages Click the mouse to progress through the slide show

Web Page Data Access ALERT system data on a web page simplifies data access for internal and external users. Data access can be in a text or graphic format. The Home Page

Home Page Links Reservoir, stream or rain gage reports show data values for the last day. Rainfall amounts are shown for periods from 15 minutes to 24 hours. Reservoir, stream or rain gage maps show data readouts on top of a map background. Other links on the home page display information about the Alert system.

Links on Report Pages Site information and photographs can be displayed by clicking on the Site name. Site information and photographs can be displayed by clicking on the Site name. Historic Data Requests Current data is displayed on the first page. Historic data requests made by users query the NovaStar database and return reports, maps or plots. Historic requests can be made for individual station data.

Graphic Maps Graphical maps overlay Alert system data on maps created by GIS systems. Data readout background colors are varied to show alarm conditions or hydrologic threat level. A selection of maps can show a city wide view, regional or watershed areas. Data display intervals can show rainfall data from 15minutes to 1 day.
