With most providers, there’s no repayments, interest ‘rolls up’ until loan repaid on sale of property No early repayment charges from most providers if property sale caused by death of the borrower or if they go into long term care For most providers, the maximum amount repayable is capped by sales value of property (no negative equity guarantee) Typically for those aged 55 to 95 What is equity release?
