The system supports both “Auto-Apply” and “Student-Apply” application methodologies. If necessary, the campus may grant departments with limited scope and view for their respective scholarships. Scholarship start, end, review, and archive dates can be set on an per- opportunity basis, allowing for “overlapping” scholarship cycles or extended scholarship searches. Where appropriate students can submit Thank-you letters and other documents as part of the acceptance process. Scholarships may be archived indefinitely, keeping the history of applications, notes, and awarding information.
