WHRB / HRSG GROUP

Products and Capabilities Today Today we are quoting on HRSGs primarily for the CHP market using smaller gas turbines; Solar Centaur, Mars, Taurus 60/65/70, and industrial projects with Titans, LM-1600/2000/2500 up to LM-6000 for specific projects. We are quoting on Process WHB’s such as Hydrogen Plant Boilers (Process Gas Boilers & Flue Gas Boilers), Dirty Gas Applications (MSW, Flue Gas Coolers, Fluid Bed Boilers), and Boilers Downstream of Various Incinerators.

Heat Recovery Steam Generators HRSG Design Features Reliable, efficient, and backed by our performance guarantee:  Custom engineered  Modular, natural or forced circulation, water tube designs  Radiant furnace for high-fired HRSGs  Rapid change over from unfired/supplemental fired fresh air firing  One, two or three pressure levels  SCR system for NOx and CO reduction

SAGD Boilers  Custom engineered HRSGs for gas turbines to 100 MW  80% quality steam production  Modular, large diameter tube designs  Conventional horizontal

Waste Heat Boilers Applications  Catalytic Cracking  Hydrogen plants  Sulfur Processes  Calcining  Incineration  We provide our WHBs to a global marketplace. With 140 years of combined in-house engineering, design and manufacturing experience, ATCO Emissions Management’s WHB team has supplied more than one hundred boilers to industrial sites around the world.  Our boilers are fabricated using our network of OEM-approved, third-party facilities. No matter where you are, you are sure to receive the most cost- effective boiler solution for your needs.
