17 Fatigue and Durability Test of Parts and Components Project Target: To solve different chassis assembly problems such as noise, fatigue and vibration resistance. 6-freedom multi-spindle vibration stand can realize the 6-way-freedom vibration test, pure vibration test and also the simulated road test. 18 Project Target: To test fatigue and durability of clutch, gear box, drive shaft and rear axle This is an electric-lock test stand, which can simulate engine torture fluctuation and the real drive. It’s mainly used to measure and position the noise of the transmission system; to measure the operation performance of the gear box and the clutch; and, by imitating the real road condition, to test the stress state of the components of the transmission system, so as to make the matching test of the vehicle power.
