Welcome to UTSA's Separation Process! If you are responsible for ensuring that the appropriate UTSA departments (Separation Notification Group or SNG) are notified of an employee's separation from employment at UTSA, you may do so by completing the Separation Notification Form via this link:
HR website – Forms SNG will respond by (clear or not) Using the Separation Processing Checklist - indicate if cleared or N/A. If outstanding issues - notify employee
Once cleared, forward checklist & the separation form to HR Unless there are any outstanding obligations, employee goes to one place – HR
