Objective I am seeking a leadership position working in the development and evaluation of educational programs which encourage and support the development of innovative instructional programs. My goal is to focus on helping teachers develop into strong classroom facilitators so they may mold students into lifelong learners with 21 st century skills. This is achieved by building strong relationships with teachers, students, and the community at large.
