Nordero Capital is a real estate based Fund which means the yield is created differently than traditional investments in the equity and bond markets. The Fund generates income in the form of rental income and resulting operational NET and increase in value of the property acquired. The goal is to have a property portfolio of about 1,000 flats comprising at least 100 apartments in each city in which the acquisition takes place. Since the start of 2009 approximately 200 apartments have been acquired. Banks are generally becoming more and more restrictive in their lending which creates a larger space for investors in Nordero Capital. With attractive and interesting investment products, we hope to continue to acquire properties in at least the same rate as before. With a large property portfolio the overhead costs tends to decrees. With a effective management comes the possibility to create an even larger operation NET and continue to give our investors a stable and high returns on invested capital.
