CHANGING GRADES IN SIS WHEN?  Until May 31 for summer and fall grades  Until December 31 for spring grades WHY?  To correct incorrect grades  To change a grade of “incomplete” to a letter grade

CHANGING GRADES IN SIS – HOW?  Log into SIS  Go to your Faculty Center  Click on the grade roster icon next to the class you wish to change a student’s grade

CHANGING GRADES IN SIS – HOW? Click on the “expand” icon:

CHANGING GRADES IN SIS – HOW? Click on the “change grade” box next to the student’s name for which you wish to change the grade:

CHANGING GRADES IN SIS – HOW? Select the reason for the grade change:  If changing a grade of “incomplete” to a letter grade, select “incomplete” as the reason.”  Selecting “other” will require the instructor to submit an explanation.

CHANGING GRADES IN SIS – HOW? Click “save.” A confirmation message will be received.
