Welcome to Kristinestad and THE SUMMER MARKET July 10-12, 2015 Reservation and paying 1.The pitch has to be reserved separately for every market. 2.The pitch is given primarily to the trader who has had the same pitch on the same Market before. 3.The pitch will be reserved when it is paid by the due date, else the place will be given to the next waiting. 4.The pitch has to be paid at the latest on the due date marked on the bill. 5. The pitch can be taken in use and the stand can be set up on the Market square on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. and other places at 2:00 p.m. The Market sale will finish on Friday and Saturday at 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. After that the stands have to be disassembled as fast as possible. The Market square will be opened to traffic at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday evening. 6.Unsold market pitches will be sold on Friday at 8.00 a.m., phone In case of double booking, if no other solution is found, a bidding will be held. 8.The electricity fee has to be paid in advance by invoice, a stand/trailer is 16 €. If you don’t need electricity you can subtract 16 € from the total sum. 9.Night surveillance fee, 21 €, is included in the invoice ( incl. 3 nights). The surveillance company MTP starts to patrol Thursday night at 6.00 p.m. and ends on Sunday morning at a.m. Kristinestads Näringslives central is not responsible for items left on the Market place. 10.Kristinestads Näringslives central reserves the right to change the terms of sale if necessary. Dear market trader, The Summer Market in Kristinestad will this year be held on July – Friday and Saturday at 8-18 and Sunday at General By order of the rescue services pitches are allowed only on the east side of the Västra Långgatan parking is forbidden. On Östra Långgatan and Strandgatan no pitches are allowed and car parking is forbidden. From the Market place and from Rådhusparken there are transversal escape routes. Because of these arrangements we have had to move the standard places of some traders a little bit. We hope for your understanding to the matter. Market place reservations The pitches are mainly 4x4 m/ square and the Summer Market price is on the Market square and on Rådhusgatan 132 € (incl. vat 24%), in Rådhusparken 121 € and other pitches 100 € and on the Östratorget 60 €. For practical reasons pitches are sold also in meters. Smaller pitches are available along with the park pavement in Rådhusparken (see the map) 2x2 m = 50 €.

Great Market greetings Kristinestads Näringslives Central Ab Tent weights By orders of the rescue services we demand that every trader is equipped with a sufficient amount of weights in order to ensure a safe assembly of the stand in all conditions. Fire precautions Open flames are forbidden without permission. All Market traders who use open fire or gas appliances have to be equipped with a fire extinguisher (min. 6 kg ABC-class portable extinguisher) and a fire blanket. In one 4x4 m point of sale it is allowed to have max 25 kg liquid gas. Spare bottles must not be stored at the points of sale or in the car. Storage possibilities can be found at the service station Neste, Lappfjärdsvägen 38. The fire station will do random checks for extinguishers and the liquid gas under the weekend. Practical rules - The Market traders are allowed to park their vehicles round the clock on Packhustorget (Hotel Alma) and on Kyrkotorget (in front of the old wooden church). There is also space on the car park by the Swedish secondary school (marked on the map by ”P”).
