 European sheet producer required downstream equipment to complete a new extruded sheet line that was being developed to produce a new composite sheet product.  CM provides bespoke end of line equipment including trimming-slitting saws station, crosscut saw, overhead vacuum stacking station and fence guarding and electrical controls. Special features were developed for the customer including the provision of a number of discrete safety zones, which allowed production personnel safe access to some parts of the equipment for set up and maintenance while other areas continued to operate. Full communication with the customer’s factory SAP system for production data download and machine set up history was also a feature.
