 What do you class as challenging behaviour?  Can your group come up with a list or definition that everyone in your group can agree on?  What are your top 3? Which 3 areas of challenging behaviour cause you the most difficulty to manage in your school?  How do you manage them?

 How do you assess the emotional climate of your staff?  How do you look after your staff during or after an incident of challenging behaviour?  What would you need in your school to safeguard your staff better?  Who looks after you?

 We have been talking about this for years!!!!!  Who do we need to talk to, as a body/group to effect change and get help?  What mechanisms can we use to voice our concerns and force action?
