 Legal Presentation  Mr. Newton Wilson  He joined the Company in January 2005 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Previously, Mr. Wilson served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Forest Oil Corporation, where he joined in November Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Wilson was a consultant to the oil industry as well as an executive for two oil and gas companies, Union Texas Petroleum and Transco Energy Company. Mr. Wilson received a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1972 and a J.D. from the University of Texas in  Meeting Room B at 11:30 AM Marketing Presentation Mr. Don Weinheimer Mr. Weinheimer joined the Company in October of 2006 as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Technology, and Strategic Planning. Previously, Mr. Weinheimer served as Vice President of Innovation & Marketing in Halliburton's Production Optimization Division from 2004 to Prior to that, Mr. Weinheimer was Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Development within the Production Optimization Division. Additionally, her 30 years of experience include managerial positions in Employee Relations, Compensation, Payroll, Training, and HR Technology at Anderson Clayton, Baker Hughes, and National Supply. Ms. Clarke received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Houston. Meeting Room D 1:00 PM Medical Presentation Dr. Dirk Rodriguez Dr. Dirk Rodriguez has joined the Deaconess Surgical Weight Loss Center as Medical Director. A skilled laparoscopic bariatric surgeon, Dr. Rodriguez founded the first Bariatric Center of Excellence in Texas and was President of the Texas Bariatric Center, based in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Rodriguez has performed more then 1,000 bariatric procedures and ranked among Dallas Best Doctors in He is also a general and vascular surgeon. A veteran of the US Air Force, Dr. Rodriguez served as a flight surgeon with the 523rd Tactical Fighter Squadron.
