Template Guide This Microsoft® PowerPoint™ template makes it simple and easy for you to create a presentation to visually tell your community benefit story. It includes a variety of different backgrounds and layouts that allow you to highlight the community benefit included in your written report. The slide formats in this template use many of the design elements included in the ABC Health System Sample 2009 Community Benefit Report Presentation. Each of the slide formats includes notes that explain how to modify the slide. (VIEW TEMPLATE IN NOTES PAGE LAYOUT) The instructions assume use of PowerPoint™ 2002 or The notes also reference the slide number in the Sample 2009 Community Benefit Report Presentation to enable you to see a completed slide using the same format. You may adapt the presentation style used in this sample template to fit your own organization’s PowerPoint style or template.

Template Guide (cont.) When you are in “Normal” slide view the slide notes appear in the white space below the slide.
