 Contacted more than 5 agencies and collected offers.  Best bids came from DEKON and KONGRESIST, both very experienced firms, the latter organizer of ICC 2006 Istanbul.  The venue of choice by both agencies is ICEC (next page).  700 Euro registration fee appears feasible.  A contract needs to be signed an estimated 20 K€ deposited to reserve the venue.

  Located in Taksim district—the business, cultural and touristic center of the city.  Great variety of hotels (5 star downto decent 3 star hotels) within walking distance  In-house resturant-cafes available.
