GIVING THANKS

Psalm 95:1-6 “Come, let us shout joyfully to the Lord, shout triumphantly to the rock of our salvation! Let us enter His presence with thanksgiving; let us shout triumphantly to him in song. For the Lord is a great God, a great King above all gods.

The depths of the earth are in His hand, and the mountain peaks are His. The sea is His; He made it. His hands formed the dry land. Come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord our maker.”

Psalm 100:4-5 “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise His name. For Yahweh is good, and His love is eternal; His faithfulness endures through all generations.”

Psalm 106:1 “Hallelujah! Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His faithful love endures forever.”

Psalm 7:17 “I will thank the Lord for his righteousness; I will sing about the name of Yahweh the Most High.”

I Chronicles 16:8-9 “Give thanks to Yahweh; call on His name; proclaim His deeds among the peoples. Sing to him; sing praise to Him; tell about all His wonderful works! Honor His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek Yahweh rejoice.”

I Chronicles 29:11-13 “Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the splendor and the majesty, for everything in the heavens and on earth belongs to you. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom, and You are exalted as head over all. Riches and honor

come from You, and You are the ruler of everything come from You, and You are the ruler of everything. Power and might are in Your hand, and it is in Your hand to make great and to give strength to all. Now therefore, our God, we give You thanks and praise Your glorious name.”

Colossians 3:17 “And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”

II Corinthians 4:15-16 “Indeed, everything is for your benefit, so that grace, extended through more and more people, may cause thanksgiving to increase to God’s glory. Therefore, we do not give up. Even though our outer person is being destroyed, our inner

person is being renewed day by day.”

II Corinthians 9:11-12 “You will be enriched in every way for all generosity, which produces thanksgiving to God through us. For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints, but is also overflowing in many acts of thanksgiving.

I Timothy 4:4-5 “For everything created by God is good, and nothing should be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, since it is sanctified by the word of God and by prayer.”

I Thessalonians 5:18 “Give thanks in everything, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

Philippians 4:6 “Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

Psalm 28:7 “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart rejoices, and I praise Him with my song.”
