7 Virtual Forum HRSA’s Changes and Virtual Forum HRSA will be changing the PIF and ER (but not yet) Virtual Forum will be working with HRSA to update their system with HRSA’s new data tools. (but not yet)

11 Regional Website The administrative site content will be moved into this new regional site as well, but not by 7/1. Probably later in the summer. The new Regional Website will replace the old site. But the URL will remain the same –

12 Regional Website LPSs will still be able to use their own websites. We are using the regional site to tell the story of what we do as a region.

16 Regional Website Next Year we will use the new regional website to display programs we are putting on and tell the story of how our program is transforming.

17 MATEC The new guidance means that self- directed webinars can now be counted as programs in our data.

18 MATEC We will use our existing Adobe Connect account to create these self directed courses and collect PIF data. They can then be hosted on the regional website Central Office’s expectation is that all LPSs learn to use Adobe Connect

20 MATEC So we face new challenges How do we deal with them?

21 MATEC How do we change the attitude at MATEC from one where we are suspicious of technology to one where we embrace it? This isn’t unique to us

22 MATEC But we do have to find our own unique solution I don’t think this has ever been sufficiently and holistically addressed

23 MATEC Technology is not a magic bullet. Nor is it something that someone else can use for you. Technology is a tool that we all must learn to wield. So how do begin the culture shift?
