Using the color wheel Primary Colors- Red, Yellow, and Blue Secondary colors- Green, orange, and purple Cool colors- blues, greens and violets. Warm colors- yellows, oranges, and red-violet Complementary colors- Colors that go together. One helps the other. They are opposites on the color wheel.
