Welcome We will be training on using 3 aspects of the UT Martin – Banner Web software application. We will cover using the following: Midterm Grades Final Grades CAPP for Students
Banner – Grades/CAPP 1.Display UTM homepage 2.Log into the myUTMarin Portal by typing your username and password and clicking login 3.After the portal loads, click Banner tab 4.Click Student Services & Financial Aid 5.Click Student Records 6.Click Midterm Grades
Banner – Grades/CAPP 7.Select term & click Submit 8.Midterm Grades screen will be displayed 9.Click Final Grades 10.Select term & click Submit 11.Final Grades Screen will be displayed 12.Click CAPP for students 13.Select desired program, minor, and catalog & click Run New Report
Banner – Grades/CAPP 14.Click Printer-friendly format 15.Displays what courses have been fulfilled towards major and what is lacking
