Become an avatar Visit the home of ‘The Last Airbender’ in ancient Vietnam and learn to ‘bend’ like an avatar The art of Bending draws heavily on the ancient martial arts of T’ai Chi and this amazing five day trip to Vietnam takes you on a journey through the world that inspired this powerful manipulation of the elements of the planet. Every day you will be taught by a ‘Bending’ master, receiving unique and bespoke created tuition in the four bending arts: Air, Earth, Fire and Wind You will then be able to practise skills as you experience the elements first hand, on location as you travel through this remarkable country

ITINERARY Day 1: Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Fly to Hanoi, Vietnam, where you will be met from the airport and taken to your hotel in the heart of Hanoi City – spend the evening discovering the sights and sounds of this incredible city Take a short internal flight to Hoi An, where you will check into your hotel and begin your training. Today is the art of “AirBending” The day will start with today’s training in the art of “WaterBending”. You will then be able to practise your skills as you Kayak along the Thu Bon River Today’s lesson is in “EarthBending”, after which you will take an afternoon flight back to Hanoi and stay overnight. Evening is free to enjoy the sights of the city Check out of hotel, transfer to airport for departure home Today’s discipline is “FireBending”, after which you will take a trip out to the incredible Marble Mountain, each of its five peaks represent one of the elements

THE TRAINING We have sourced a “bending” master who will design a course tailored entirely to our brief We will brief him to prepare a training programme that specifically and uniquely reflects the key themes of the movie. This course is UNIQUE – designed and produced solely for us and the promotion of ‘The Last Airbender’ A Marshall Arts ‘master’ – top of his field - is a Vietnamese expert, coming from the renowned Marshal Arts retreat of Ky Son in Hoi An For each prize package, our master will travel to the winners hotel and host a bespoke “last airbender” training session each morning of their stay The course will cover introductory skills and techniques in the four key disciplines – airbending, firebending, waterbending and earthbending Bending is done by manipulation of chi, or "life force". It is debated what chi actually is, but one of the most common theories is that it is energy that causes neuron activity (In other words, the human body has "wires" that connect different body parts to the brain. These are the pathways that chi flows through). Most chi pathways run along major bones in the body, connecting the limbs to the spinal cord. The spine is the main pathway of the nervous system.

Day 2: DISCIPLINE - AIRBENDING After checking into your hotel, and finding your balance, its time to learn the disciplines of an Avatar and meet your master In the afternoon you will begin with your first 2 hour lesson in ‘Airbending’

Day 3: DISCIPLINE – FIREBENDING & THE MAGICAL MARBLE MOUNTAIN After lunch, take a trip out to Marble Mountain to visit the five granite peaks named after the elements of Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth In the morning, meet your master and learn the art of ‘Firebending’ in your private tuition session for just you and your family FireBending: “Intimidation is one of the major parts of firebending stratagy. Firebending doesn't have very good blocking moves, so its best to keep enemies at a distance”

DAY 4: DISCIPLINE–WATERBENDING & A KAYAK TRIP ON THE THU BON RIVER The afternoon highlight is a kayak trip on the Thu Bon River. Discover traditional riverside life while kayaking the Thu Bon River. During this excursion you will encounter fishermen, migratory birds and experience the customary river ways of Hoi An Today’s tutorial is in the art of ‘Waterbending’ – 2 hours in the morning, followed by a chance to put your new found skills to the test! WaterBending: “Power in Waterbending comes from the moon. It's controlled by energy that flows through mainly the arms and more rarely the lower legs, and is often accompanied by calm and fluid movements of the arms to help direct the water to where its needed”

Day 5 & 6: DISCIPLINE - EARTHBENDING 2 hour Lesson in ‘Earthbending’ – now your training as an Avatar is complete, you will receive your tailor made Avatar airbending uniform so you can continue to practice your skills when you go home Afternoon flight back to Hanoi to enjoy a free evening in the city and overnight stay. The next morning, feeling refreshed and relaxed you will be chauffeured to the international airport for your return trip home EarthBending: “Power in Earthbending comes from nature, and the earth itself. The most ancient skill...it's also the most powerful, if used right. It's controlled by energy, chi, that flows through mainly the legs and upper arms, as well as the hands, and is often accompanied by strong, stable movements of the arms and legs as a sort of catalyst”
