PhD obtained in 1999 in France (Paris VI) followed by 10 yrs postdoc at Utrecht University - Faculty of Biology Postdoc in NL  Excellent work environment & workpackage (much better than permanent position in French academic environment)  Great work/life balance  Acquired fluency in English + teaching experience + strong management skills (project + people management). Danone Research NL while 6 months pregnant of 3rd child + employer did wait 6 months for me => Dutch employers have a really different mindset compared to French ones !! Asset was her senior academic background + management/communication skills + fluency English/French Elsa Regan-Klapisz: 13yrs in NL
