Conference Budget: Worked out, and approved by NPSS –waiting for message from IEEE HQ. Contract with Maritim: fully negotiated through a number of iterations, contract from our side is final version/approved by NPSS and IEEE, currently in Dresden for final approval. Involvement so far: all major German and many European institutions involved. Involvement, key people identification and involvement being expanded world-wide.
