Partnership Agreement Region purchases the training from CE CE contracts with and pays the instructor, pays all related travel expenses, provides the courseware and materials, and issues certificates of completion with CEUs Region selects the topic and schedule, does the marketing and promotion, sets the registration fees, books the facility, processes registrations and provides on-site support Region keeps 100% of any surplus and absorbs any loss.

Partnership Seminars Extension of ASCE’s On-Site Training Flexible format Customized training held at the location of your choice Cost per person typically 30-50% less than standard public seminars Minimum risk, maximum return

Cooperative Agreement CE maintains lead role, determines the topic and schedule, sets registration fees, and assumes 100% of the financial risk Region is responsible for direct local marketing, promotion, and support Region receives 10% of each registration collected as a direct result of their local marketing effort – 15 person minimum must first be met.
