Only 3% of the 9% that knows BBIC knows the services provided in order to build a well know name we must create a strong data on the search engines

Based on this statistics we can see clearly that Bahrainis are starting to use internet more often, that mean that we should focuses more on promoting BBIC online Source:

Before we start to promote we have to identify our target market profile so we can reach them easily Demographics Age: between Gender: Males & Females Education: High school graduate or BS holder Income: average or less than average income 400 BD Bahraini, or citizen in Bahrain Psychographics Flexible Seeking for change Creative ( thinking outside the box) Able to work under pressure Risk takers Behavior Actively involved in social media and new technology They keep their self's busy "busy lifestyle" Welling to try new things, restaurants, clothes or any new trend on the market Having a target market will help us to focus in a specific goal, and it doesn’t mean that we only target those people. What we find if we search about BBIC in Google

Suggestions to build a good database in the search engine tool “Google” Highly recommended to have a well organized Wikipedia page because it will help the BBIC name to stay up on the search options Wikipedia Away of the benefit on the search engine, twitter will help BBIC to keep in touch with the customers and the target market, and It will help to build a good communication Twitter official account Even though it’s an old fashion tool but having a facebook page will be keeping a piece of history in the search engine, it will help BBIC to be more recognized in Google. Facebook official account We can upload old interviews, or shoot new clips that shows the entrepreneur that took the benefit of BBIC services, we can attach the videos with good keyword so we can reach more people. YouTube official channel We can post pictures and short clips, such as “the location map- short clips from the YouTube channel “ Instgram official account We can chose this paid Ads and attach it with keywords so it will be reached effectively, example: we add the word “ business \ Bahrain \ entrepreneur “ and anytime a person from Bahrain enter the mentioned words BBIC website will appear Google Ads

Updating the website The pictures shown in the website doesn’t represent Bahrain at all, it’s recommended to have ladies in Hijab, without, men with the traditional Thoob..etc Also, the building on the second picture doesn’t represent the buildings in Bahrain it’s recommended to shoot such a picture with the financial harbor in Manama. Finally the last picture was taken from the internet which has the other site copyright, this picture must be removed because it’s not a professional thing to do

Updating the website The biggest mistake it to have an empty page or “ to be uploaded soon” pages. It gives the viewers a negative impression about the corporation

Updating the website The news dates are not sorted well, more over it has a big gap between the dates, and the updating was stopped in 2013

More recommendations for the website Adding video of the TV, Radio interviews. Upload the entrepreneur short story sorted by years, and providing a picture. Fixing the search bar. Mention the social media accounts. Highly recommended to fix the Arabic bottom.

Video Ad the video will be displayed in Cinemas and youtube ads, since on the survey 88% says that they don’t tend to watch Bahrain Tv. And we are not able to spend money on international Tvs since we are targeting people in Bahrain
