Has not had progressive HR work experience by virtue of career length. Focuses on program implementation rather than creation. Focuses impact on the organization within HR function rather than organization wide. Has six to eight years of progressive exempt-level (professional) experience. Understands the business, not just the HR function. Designs and plans rather than implements. Makes decisions that have an impact within and outside the organization. Has at least two years of exempt-level (professional) experience in international HR practices. Has core knowledge of the organization’s international HR activities. Develops and implements global HR strategies. Makes decisions that affect international HR operations and international assignments. 12 Only two testing windows left Current Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for the PHR, SPHR or GPHR exam you must have at least TWO YEARS of PROFESSIONAL (exempt-level) HR experience
