Risk Factors PVR calculation can be problematic Comorbidities (PLE, hepatic or renal dysfunction) Cardiac cirrhosis, hepatitis C Elevated PRA due to prior blood product exposure Technically challenging operation Postop issues (bleeding, AP collaterals, debilitation, abnormal pulmonary vasculature)
