Blue Swann Technologies

Blue Swann is the Future The critical success factor for business is “reach” and not size. Blue Swann is specifically designed for small to midsize companies with a large reach which are too busy growing their companies to manage separate connection technologies. Blue Swan is a single solution for voice, internet, enterprise IT and teleporting

How can Blue Swann do this? Using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and the BlueSwan Network, Blue Swan delivers to small business customers (an entrepreneurial class of customer with employees - generally using up to 500 phone lines) an integrated package of high quality local and long distance telephony services, high-speed, T-1 Internet access and linking to Internet-based applications for about the same price that businesses typically pay for local and long distance phone service alone. Further, BlueSwan Plus includes inter-location teleporting for up to 30 employees.Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)locallong distance telephony services high-speed, T-1 Internet access Blue Swann is highly flexible; you can control the allocation of resources to each function, and set both bandwidth and override priorities from a central dashboard. You can also control access by user. Blue Swann is very transparent. Options on the dashboard can show your usage, capacity and allocations

You are always in the driver’s seat Our Mission: To deliver "big business" communications services to small business customers at prices they can afford and that we can deliver profitably. Our Vision: To be the last communications company a growing business will ever need. Our Values: Delivering on our promises - to our customers and our communities.

Features that make us competitive We use the same set of T1 lines to connect your business to the internet and to enterprise systems as we use to connect your business to other businesses through VOIP. However, you are in complete control as to how bandwidth is distributed (e.g., you can allocate fixed bandwidth to processes or set priorities when bandwidth is exceeded). Mobile phone and Mobile internet are available, and can be linked to land lines Call “ghosting” is available; call from any phone and the caller id shows you calling from your desk. We use bundles of T1 lines so that your bandwidth can be easily modified, stepped up or stepped down by changing the number of lines. You don’t pay for what you’re not using. You can sell your extra bandwidth; whatever our customers don’t use is placed in a competitive auction pool. You can sell what you are not using and reduce your month bill

Features that make us competitive We can accommodate inter-facility teleporting for your employees. Our rate of incomplete teleport (arriving a few seconds ahead of your clothing) is very low compared to most teleport providers. Flexibility; because we use the internet, commonly available equipment in the brands you prefer is all that is needed to use our services. PRICE, PRICE, PRICE!

What our services are not good for High volume voice (200+ simultaneous users) More than 500 total users High volume voice recording (recording of conferences or individual conversations) Internet access requiring extreme bandwidth (e.g., online 24 hour product ordering from end-users requiring a secure connection for credit card transactions). Teleporting groups as opposed to individuals
