Why do we need to concentrate on Slips, Trips and Falls? Falls are extremely common. They’re a leading cause of hospitalisation due to the injury then can cause. Do you know that falls are one of the top three causes of injury- related death in New Zealand? At [your organisation name], an example of a typical fall could be [state example here]. We have processes in place so that everyone can avoid being injured through falling.

Surfaces Walking across surfaces that may be slippery, wet, rough or smooth can cause falls. [Add the steps your employees should take to reduce the risks]
