Define Computers What is a peripheral device? Is hardware that can be added to a computer system to expand what a computer can do. 7

Define Computers How do I use a computer?  To use computer, you must input data or information, by using input devices. What is Input Devices?  Such as keyboard or mouse, to input information.  The input device and the computer work together to change into a series of electronic signals the computer can understand What is output Devices?  Such as monitor, printer, or speakers. As you work, you continue to input information and to use the output. 9

Define Computers What is digitization, and why is it important in my daily life?  Is the process of converting text, numbers, sound, photos, and video into data that can be processed by digital devices. 10
