Yoga helps you relax, it helps you keep your balance, it is good for you.

People of all ages can try yoga.

Yoga came from India. It is more than 5000 years old. Yoga is popular in many countries around the world.

People can do Yoga at home, at the beach or in the gym. They can do it any where they like. You can do yoga in a group or by yourself.

You can do yoga if your angry or sad

Yoga helps with, breathing, exercise and meditation. It helps keep your body and mind healthy
