The 10 Commandments o I am the Lord your God: you shall have no strange Gods before me o You shall not take the name of the Lord, your God, in vain o Remember to keep holy the Lord’s Day o Honor your father and mother o You shall not kill o You shall not commit adultery o You shall not steal o You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor o You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife o You shall not covet your neighbor’s goods

The Beatitudes  Blessed are the poor in spirit, the kingdom of heaven is theirs  Blessed are they who mourn, they will be comforted  Blessed are the meek, they will inherit the earth  Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, they will be satisfied  Blessed are the merciful, they will be shown mercy  Blessed are the clean of heart, they will see God  Blessed are the peacemakers, they will be called children of God  Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, the kingdom of heaven is theirs
