OACE-CTE programs The Career Technical Education (CTE) uses a systems approach to help students make the transition from school to post secondary education, careers and lifelong learning. CTE is the coordination and organization of a sequence of programs and learning activities so that students improve academic performance and are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for economic success in the real world.
